BAWAG Group AG: Notification pursuant to Section 135 Para 3 Austrian Stock Exchange Act

Wien (pta035/03.12.2019/23:15) - BAWAG Group AG (the "Company") acquired 10,857,763 own shares via a voluntary tender offer on 29 November 2019. This corresponds to approximately 10.86% of the Company's voting rights. These shares were acquired for the purpose of their cancelation pursuant to Section 65 Para 1 no 6 in conjunction with Section 192 Para 3 Austrian Stock Corporation Act.
