On November 16, 2020, Bausch Health Companies Inc. (the “Company”) announced the upcoming departure of William D. Humphries, President, Ortho Dermatologics. In order to ensure a smooth transition of his responsibilities, Mr. Humphries will remain employed by the Company through December 31, 2020.
