Loyalty Options Offer Closes
Battery Age Minerals Ltd (ASX: BM8; “Battery Age” or “the Company”) advises that the nonrenounceable entitlement offer of loyalty options announced on 23 May 2023 closed at 5.00pm (AWST) on 15 June 2023 (Loyalty Offer).
The Loyalty Offer offered eligible shareholders registered on the Record Date the ability to subscribe for Options on the basis of one (1) Option for every three (3) Shares held at an issue price of $0.005 per Option to raise up to approximately $128,000 (before costs) (Loyalty Options).
Total applications received for the Loyalty Options were 17,538,756 ($87,693.78), leaving a shortfall of 8,117,267 ($40,586.34). The Board is now working to determine the recipients of the Shortfall as set out in the prospectus.
The Company expects to issue the Loyalty Options as per the timetable included in the prospectus.
