Resignation of Managing Director
Pathfinder Resources Ltd (ASX:PF1) (“ Pathfinder ” or the “ Company ”) announces today the resignation of its Managing Director, Shannon Green, effective 16 November 2021.
During his tenure Mr Green has led the Company through the ASX listing process, with the Company commencing trading on ASX on 4 November 2020. Post listing Shannon has continued to work tirelessly with the Company’s representatives in Argentina to progress the exploration and drilling at the Company’s King Tut Project in Argentina and has also managed the divestment of the Hamersley Iron Ore Project based in Western Australia.
The Company has commenced the process to appoint a new Director and Mr Green will be working with the Board over the coming period to achieve an orderly transition, with Mr Green’s last day being 16 November 2021.
Non-Executive Chairman Sufian Ahmad commented: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Shannon for his commitment to the Company, for his considerable contribution through the recapitalisation and listing process, and efforts in advancing the Company.”
