1. PF1’s 2021 Annual General Meeting with be held at 10:00am (WST) on Tuesday, 30 November 2021.

2. Under ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and clause 14.3 of the Company’s constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of PF1 is 12 October 2021.
