Director Share Purchases

BATM (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that, on 7 October 2019, Dr. Gideon Chitayat, Chairman of the Company, and Dr. Zvi Marom, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased ordinary shares of 0.01 NIS each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Dr. Chitayat purchased 159,000 Ordinary Shares and Dr. Marom purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares, both at a price of 38.3 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these purchases, Dr. Chitayat has an interest in 3,159,000 Ordinary Shares and Dr. Marom has an interest in 96,794,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.7% and 22.0% respectively of the Company's issued share capital.
