Director Shareholding

BATM Advanced Communications Limited (LSE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that, on 19 May 2015, Mr. Ofer Bar-Ner, COO of the Medical division and a Director of the Group, acquired 10,314 ordinary shares of 0.01 NIS each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.5 pence per Ordinary Share. This follows Mr. Bar-Ner's sale, on the same day, of 10,314 ordinary shares in BATM traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in preparation for the de-listing of the Group from the Israeli bourse.

Following these transactions, Mr. Bar-Ner's interest in the Group remains unchanged at 212,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of BATM's issued ordinary share capital.
