Director Share Purchase

BATM Advanced Communications Limited (LSE: BVC; TASE: BATM), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that, on 30 April 2015, Dr. Zvi Marom, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 NIS each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.625 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Dr. Marom has an interest in 96,394,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 23.9% of the Group's issued ordinary share capital.
