Director Shareholding

BATM Advanced Communications Limited (LSE: BVC; TASE: BATM), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that, on 15 April 2015, Dr. Zvi Marom, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 NIS each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Furthermore on 16 April 2015, Dr. Marom, acquired 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 12.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Dr. Marom has an interest in 94,394,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 23.4% of the Group's issued ordinary share capital.
