BATM (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC), a global provider of advanced network infrastructure, cybersecurity and diagnostic technologies, has been notified that Ayala Hakim, an External Director (as defined under Israeli law) of the Group, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Space-Communication Ltd (TASE: SCC), with effect from 31 December 2025.

This announcement is made by the Group in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R.
