Director Declaration

Further to the announcement of the proposed appointment of Mr. Moti Nagar as an executive director of the Group, the following information in respect of Mr. Nagar is provided pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Mr. Nagar, aged 36, does not currently hold any other directorships and has not done so in the last 5 years. There is no further information required to be disclosed in relation to Mr. Nagar pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.

In addition, Mr. Nagar has options over 3,906,200 ordinary shares of BATM. The options vest in two equal tranches on 31 December 2016 and 31 December 2017 (provided that Mr. Nagar is still an employee of BATM on these dates and certain pre-defined financial performance criteria have been achieved by the Group), and they have an exercise price of 13 pence.
