Director Shareholdings

BATM Advanced Communications Limited (LSE: BVC; TASE: BATM), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that, on 10 December 2014, Mr. Peter Sheldon, Chairman of the Group, sold 600,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 NIS each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.375 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, BATM received notification that, on the same date, Dr. Gideon Chitayat, a non-executive director of the Group, acquired an interest in 600,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 15.375 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transactions, Mr. Sheldon has an interest in 150,000 Ordinary Shares and Dr. Chitayat has an interest in 600,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.037% and 0.149% of the Group's issued ordinary share capital respectively.

As announced on 18 November 2014, Mr. Sheldon will retire his position as Chairman and as a non-executive director of the Group on 1 January 2015, and will be replaced as Chairman by Dr. Chitayat.
