Director Declaration

Further to the Group's announcement of 16 August 2013 that shareholders of the Group had, at BATM's annual general meeting, approved the appointment of Mr Gideon Barak as an independent non-executive director, the following further information in respect of Mr Barak is provided pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Mr Barak is not currently a director of any publicly quoted companies. Mr Barak acted as a director of a publicly quoted company, IXI Mobile, Inc, until 2008. There is no further information required to be disclosed in relation to Mr Barak pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 and Mr Barak does not have any beneficial interest in BATM's ordinary shares.
