Result of AGM and Director Appointment

BATM (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. This includes a resolution to appoint Ran Noy, Chief Financial Officer, as a Director of the Group, who has joined the Board with immediate effect.
