BATM Advanced Communications Limited (LSE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Group, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed, including the resolutions appointing Professor Ari Shamiss and Professor Varda Shalev as external directors of the Group, as required under Israeli law, for a three-year period with immediate effect.
