Result of AGM and Directorate Change

BATM Advanced Communications Limited (LSE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed, including the resolution appointing Mr. Harel Locker as an external director of the Group, as required under Israeli law, for a term of three years with immediate effect.

Mr. Locker has wide experience in law and finance with first tier law firms in both Tel Aviv and New York, and was one of the founding partners of Shohat, Locker & Co. in Israel, which subsequently merged with S. Friedman & Co.. He was appointed and served as the Director General of the Israeli Prime Minister's Office and head of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's economic headquarters between 2011 and 2015. He is currently the sole owner and director of his consultancy and investments company, Pitkrai Investments Ltd. Mr. Locker holds an LL.B. degree from Tel Aviv University's School of Law, a B.A. degree in accounting from Tel Aviv University Business School and an LL.M. (with distinction) in taxation from Georgetown University Law School, Washington DC.

Further information, as required under Paragraph LR 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules, will be disclosed in respect of Mr. Locker within five business days.
