Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Batliboi Limited hereby intimates that Mr. Jeff Lingard, Inclusive Accounting Professional Corporation, the statutory auditor of Quickmill Inc., a material subsidiary of the Company, has ceased to hold office as statutory auditor consequent upon the auditor's voluntary relinquishment of their professional license in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction to pursue career opportunities outside the audit profession. The auditor is accordingly no longer legally permitted to perform audit or review engagements under applicable Canadian professional regulatory standards.

The Board of Directors of Quickmill Inc. have appointed MNP LLP Peterborough as statutory auditor in accordance with applicable law. The brief profile of MNP is as follows:

MNP LLP Peterborough founded in Brandon, Manitoba in 1958 provides client-focused accounting, consulting, tax, and digital services in more than 150 communities from coast to coast and has more than six decades of experience providing audit, tax, advisory and consulting services to companies similar to Quickmill.
