Dear Sir,

Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/ HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26[th] November 2018 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates and disclosures and compliance thereof, we would like to inform you that Batliboi Limited does not fall under the definition of ‘Large Corporate’.

In view of the above, the Company is not a Large Corporate and is not obliged to file any disclosure as per the said circular for the Financial Year 2024-2025
