Sub: Conformation of non-applicability of Large Corporate Entity criteria for the Financial Year 2023-2024 as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018

Dear Sir,

With reference to above SEBI Circular dated 26[th] November, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates and disclosures and compliance thereof, we would like to inform you that Batliboi Limited does not fall under the definition of ‘Large Corporate’ as defined in SEBI Circular No. SEBI/ HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26[th] November 2018.

In view of the above, the Company is not a Large Corporate and is not obliged to file any disclosure as per the said circular for the Financial Year 2023-2024
