Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2015
This is in continuation to our letter dated M*" August, 2021, in regards to Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBT (Listing Obligation and Disciosure Requirement) Regulation 2015, with reference to Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by the Company for the sale of part of the property.
This is to inform you that the MOU signed by the Company for sale of part of the property could not further materialise and the Company hereby calls off the deal with the proposed buyer for sale of part of the property.
The Management of the Company in the meanwhile is looking for a new buyer and is confident to finalise and execute the deal in due course of time.
