Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Meeting No. 1/2022-23 of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 27, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and Financial year ended 31[st] March, 2022.

Further in continuation intimation for closure of trading window dated March 17, 2022 given to exchange and in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) from March 18, 2022 and will open 48 hours after announcement of financial results to the public.
