Subject: Intimation regarding Closure/Shut Down of the Operations against the Spread of Covid-19 - Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

In light of the ongoing corona virus situation and directives received from the Central & State Governments and local bodies to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the working at our Registered Office, Branch Offices and all operations at our manufacturing units have been temporarily suspended.

In terms of the directions issued by various State Governments, local bodies and circular issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Company has introduced 'Work from Home Policy' for its employees. The Company follows the health guidelines issued by Government to help prevent the Corona virus from spreading further and is acting responsibly to protect its employees.

The resumption of operations will be based on the further directives from the Government.
