We have been informed by the Board of Directors of AESA Air Engineering S.A France, (a stepdown subsidiary of Batliboi Limited), that consequent to the crippling impact of COVID 19 pandemic, they have decided to initiate ‘ Redressement Judiciaire ’ under the relevant French Law.
