With reference to above SEBI Circular dated 26[th] November, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates and disclosures and compliance thereof, we would like to inform you that our Company i.e. Batliboi Limited does not fall under the definition of ‘Large Corporate’ as defined in SEBI Circular SEBI/ HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26[th] November 2018.
