We regret to inform you the sad demise of Mr. Eknath Atamaram Kshirsagar, (aged 82 years) Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee & Nomination and Remuneration Committee on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 11.40 p.m. He was on the Board of the Company since 2004.

The Company immensely benefitted from his vision and leadership during his tenure. His mentorship to the senior colleagues in the organization is irreplaceable and remains a source of inspiration forever.

The unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the Directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy and condolences to his family.
