Our Company's Board of Directors has decided to propose the following to the General Assembly, which will convene to discuss our Company's operating results for 2023, in order to manage risks due to the economic conjuncture and uncertainties in exchange rates and raw material prices, and in this context, to create source for our Company's projects and new investments: No profit distribution for 2023, Transferring the remaining amount to the extraordinary reserves account after the general legal reserve is set aside.
