RESULTS OF 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Bathurst Resources Limited (ASX: BRL) is pleased to advise that at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held earlier today, all resolutions as detailed in the Notice of Meeting dated 11 November 2021, were decided on a poll and passed by shareholders.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 attached are details of the eligible proxy votes received, and the outcome of voting at the AGM.
