Further to the announcements of 9 December and 18 December 2013, please find attached to this announcement a 'certificate of registration on change of name of foreign company', obtained from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in respect of Bathurst's adoption of its new name in Australia.

The certificate confirms that ASIC has recorded Bathurst's change of name to 'Bathurst Resources Limited'. The code for Bathurst's shares on NZX and ASX remains 'BRL'.
