Bathurst Resources Limited (ASX:BRL) – Offer of Alternate Funding
Bathurst Resources Limited advises that an offer of alternate project funding was received in respect of Bathurst’s funding into the joint venture to purchase the Solid Energy assets just prior to the AGM. The board convened at short notice and has rejected the offer.
The offer is conditional on various approvals and would introduce an unnecessary and unacceptable level of risk to the purchase of the Solid Energy assets being successfully concluded.
