Bathurst Resources Limited (NZSX/ASX: BRL) advises that its annual general meeting is to be held at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts Lawyers, 125 The Terrace, Wellington, New Zealand on Friday 14 November 2014 at 9.00am.

For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5, BRL advises that the opening date for nominations for directors to be voted on at this year’s annual general meeting is today and the closing date is 29 September 2014. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZST) on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the annual general meeting, and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
