- Interim Report January-June 2012 (Q2) on Wednesday, July 11, 2012
- Interim Report January-September 2012 (Q3) on Wednesday, October 10, 2012

Basware's Annual Report 2011 will be published on the company's web pages in
February 2012 on week 6.

Basware Corporation's Annual General Meeting 2012 will be held on Thursday,
February 16 at 2 PM at Helsinki Music Centre  (Mannerheimintie 13, Helsinki).
