Basware signs accounts payable and e-invoicing agreement with GKN Driveline in the US

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, February 9, 2016 at 12:00 Basware signs accounts payable and e-invoicing agreement with GKN Driveline in the US Basware has signed an agreement for the delivery of accounts payable and e- invoicing services with GKN Driveline North America, Inc. ("GKN Driveline"), a new customer in the US. The solutions are powered by Alusta, Basware's unified cloud-based platform for purchase-to-pay. The agreement includes accounts payable automation with 100% inbound e-invoicing and supplier activation services. Basware is also providing Basware Analytics for gaining immediate insight into financial performance and a mobile solution, which gives access to financial processes regardless of time and place. The value of the agreement exceeds EUR 1.1 million over five years.
