Basware expands e-invoicing services agreement with major German automotive company in Europe, US and Canada

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, September 26, 2013 at 13:00 Basware expands e-invoicing services agreement with major German automotive company in Europe, US and Canada Basware has expanded the agreement to provide its e-invoicing services to one of the world's largest automotive companies in 14 European countries, US and Canada. The services to be delivered include e-invoicing, scan & capture, supplier portal, and supplier activation. The value of the deal is EUR 450,000 over the next three years. The implementation project will start initially in Spain, and roll out to the remaining countries during 2014 and 2015. This agreement is a third extension to the cooperation between Basware and the customer, previous extensions have covered the Asia Pacific region and China."The customer processes 700,000 annual invoices in the countries covered under the new agreement.
