Basware renews and expands Invoice Automation Solution contract with Invensys Plc in the United Kingdom

Basware Corporation stock exchange release, July 13, 2012 at 13:00 Basware renews and expands Invoice Automation Solution contract with Invensys Plc in the United Kingdom Basware has renewed a contract to provide its Invoice Automation solution to Invensys Plc (BTR Industries). Additionally, the contract covers e-Invoicing and associated services to help facilitate all of Invensys Plc's e-invoicing as well as to activate the suppliers to send e-invoices. The value of the deal exceeds over EUR 650.000 over the contract term until March 2015. The solution will be deployed using Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery methods.
