Basware will deliver Basware Invoice Processing solution, scan&capture and
activation services as well as Basware Supplier Portal to a leading Dutch IT
company. The value of this Software as a Service (SaaS) deal exceeds EUR
350,000.

With the Basware scan & capture service, the customer is able to receive all
purchase invoices in an electronic format. Basware scans and validates all
incoming paper invoices and delivers them to the invoice processing system as e-
Invoices.

The scan & capture service is part of Basware Automation Services that enable
companies to improve purchase-to-pay process quality as well increase the number
of electronic invoices, purchase messages and supplier catalogs while reducing
time spent on reviewing, approving and processing.  Basware Automation Services
also makes it easier for suppliers to start transacting electronically.
