Basware wins tendering for The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland

Basware Corporation was chosen the supplier of transaction services of The
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland for the next six years. The annual
invoice volume delivered by Basware exceeds 1 million.

Solutions to be delivered to the financial shared service center of The
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland include scanning, validation and delivery
services for accounts payable in paper and electronic formats as well as
transaction, printing and mailing services of accounts receivable and consumer
e-Invoices. In addition, Basware will deliver supplier portal and activation
services.

Basware has earlier informed that the company won the tendering in a public
procurement process. The process has now been finalized.
