Basware has signed a deal with one of the biggest electronic retail chains in Europe

Basware has signed a deal with one of the biggest electronic retail chains in
Europe

Basware will deliver Invoice Automation solution as a license to one of the
biggest electronic retail chains in Europe. The value of the license part of the
deal is approximately 350 000 EUR. The solutions will be implemented across the
customer's units in Eastern Europe and in Russia during 2012.

Basware was chosen due to a successful pilot implementation of the Invoice
automation solution in Spain and Switzerland. In addition, the customer is
offering an option for expanding the Invoice Automation solution use as well as
other Basware Purchase to Pay solutions to cover the rest of the Europe.
