BasWare to deliver a comprehensive Invoice Automation solution to Scottish & Newcastle Plc

STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE SEPTEMBER 3, 2007 BasWare Corp. has signed a significant agreement with Scottish & Newcastle Plc for the delivery and implementation of its BasWare Invoice Automation suite, including solutions for automated invoice processing as well as the BasWare KPI Reporting Tool for performance measurement. Scottish & Newcastle Plc is a leading brewing group that includes brands such as Fosters, Strongbow, Newcastle Brown Ale, Kronenbourg 1664 in France and Lapin Kulta in Finland. The BasWare solution will be rolled out across the United Kingdom, France, Belgium and Portugal. There will be around 1 000 end users of the system within the four countries and implementation will start in France in September 2007.
