Basware Corporation enters into a senior, unsecured loan totalling EUR 50 million due September 2024 and also issues at-the-money warrants. The board of directors of Basware Corporation has resolved to issue 1,000 warrants to Bregal Milestone L.P. that entitle the holder(s) of the warrants to subscribe for a total maximum number of 1,000,000 shares in Basware Corporation. Issue of shares by Basware Corporation to the warranty holder(s) may be done via (i) issue of new shares or (ii) issue of treasury shares.
