Basware’s disposal of Financial Performance Solutions and Banking businesses completed

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, February 28, 2018 at 12noon Basware’s disposal of Financial Performance Solutions and Banking businesses completed Basware Corporation has today completed the disposal of its Financial Performance Solutions and Banking businesses. Basware announced the disposal on February 2, 2018. The buyer is Verdane Capital. The combined sale price of the two businesses is approximately EUR 35.0 million, subject to certain adjustments. The transaction price will be paid in cash in connection with the closing of the transaction. 95 employees are transferred to the buyer.
