Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, March 12, 2015 at 13:00 Basware and Arrowgrass Capital Partners LLP have signed a definitive partnership agreement Basware and Arrowgrass Capital Partners LLP ("Arrowgrass") have signed a definitive agreement under which the parties have agreed to jointly develop a new e-invoicing based, supplier driven invoice financing service. With the agreement the parties have jointly established a new entity to develop and manage the service globally. The new service is planned to be launched in the end of 2015 as one of the key services within Basware's Financing Services portfolio, designed for companies of all sizes to optimize cash and working capital through digital participation in the open Basware Commerce Network.
