Martti Nurminen starts as CFO of Basware

Martti Nurminen starts today, December 2, 2019 as Chief Financial Officer of
Basware and a member of the Executive Team. As announced on June 28, 2019,
Nurminen joins Basware from Solteq Plc, a publicly listed Nordic IT and software
company, where he previously served as the CFO. Prior to that, Nurminen worked
in various senior financial management roles such as the CFO of Affecto Plc and
as Finance Director at Johnson Controls.
