Klaus Andersen appointed as Basware's Chief Technology Officer

Klaus Andersen has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and as a
member of the Executive Team at Basware. Andersen will join Basware in September
2018 and will report to the CEO. Jari Antikainen, continues as the company’s
interim CTO until Andersen commences in his position.

Andersen joins Basware from Itiviti, a world-leading capital markets technology
provider, where he has been Executive Vice President, Global Engineering since
2015. Prior to Itiviti, Andersen served in various senior management roles in
SimCorp, a leading provider of integrated investment management solutions.
Andersen has over 20 years of experience from software R&D, with a focus on SaaS
transformations and operational efficiency.
