Vesa Tykkyläinen appointed as Senior Vice President, Network business area of
Basware

Mr. Vesa Tykkyläinen has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Network
business area and member of the Executive Team at Basware, the leading provider
of e-invoicing and purchase-to-pay solutions. Tykkyläinen will join Basware on
January 25, 2016, and he will report to Esa Tihilä, CEO, Basware Corporation.

Prior to Basware, Vesa Tykkyläinen was Vice President, Liquid Core Business Line
at Nokia Networks. He has over 25 years of extensive leadership experience in
the telecommunications industry, specifically in the business and product
management, and R&D.
