Jane Broberg appointed as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Basware

Jane Broberg has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and
member of the Executive Team at Basware, the leading provider of e-invoicing and
purchase-to-pay solutions. She will report to Esa Tihilä, CEO, Basware
Corporation.

Having joined Basware 5 years ago Jane Broberg has set up Basware's Human
Resource operations across Europe whilst acting as a strategic HR Advisor
globally to a number of Basware's key business units, during her tenure the
remit has grown significantly to include additional global responsibilities and
geographies. Broberg has over 15 years of international experience within Human
Resources within multinational companies. Prior to Basware, she held several
senior leadership positions within HR working for organisations such as SAP, BP
and PA Consulting."Jane will become a key member of Basware Executive Team and plays the key role
in planning and executing our HR strategy, being placed to actively drive the
global expansion and supporting the company's strategy to become the largest
