Appointment in Basware Executive Team

Henrik Hasselbalch, aged 47 has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice
President, Professional Services as of April 1, 2012 and will report to CEO Esa
Tihilä. Hasselbalch holds a BA. Sc Economics & Informatics degree and will bring
a wealth of experience to Basware with over 20 years experience within
Professional Services. Working in key Roles with responsibility for Business
Development, Sales and Consulting/Education services within major blue chip
organisations such PWC, Oracle and most recently a 10 year tenure at SAP with
his latest Role as SVP Services EMEA.
