Baswaren johtoryhmään on 25.1.2011 alkaen nimitetty  Matti Copeland, Senior Vice
President, M&A . Hän on toiminut Baswaren Oyj:n hallituksessa viimeiset kolme
vuotta.  Matti Copelandilla, KTM, 49, on pitkä kokemus sijoitus- ja pankkialalta
sekä telecom-sektorilta muun muassa Citibankista, Sampo Pankista ja Deloittelta.

Matti Copeland erosi Baswaren hallituksesta 24.1.2011.
