Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 21 giugno 2024 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 16 aprile 2024 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 17 al 21 giugno 2024, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 22.450 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.715.500 azioni proprie, pari all'8,732% del capitale sociale e al 6,819% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, June 21st, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 16th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period June 17th and 21st, 2024, acquired on the EXM 22,450 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,715,500 treasury shares, equal to 8.732% of the share capital and 6.819% on the voting rights.
