Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 9 settembre 2024 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 16 aprile 2024 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 2 al 6 settembre 2024, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 21.266 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.842.316 azioni proprie, pari all'8,967% del capitale sociale e al 6,11% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, September 9th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 16th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period September 2nd and 6th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 21,266 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,842,316 treasury shares, equal to 8.967% of the share capital and 6.11% on the voting rights.
