Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 2 ottobre 2023 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 13 aprile 2023 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 25 al 29 settembre 2023, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 10.250 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.202.150 azioni proprie, pari al 7,78% del capitale sociale e al 6,13% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, October 2nd, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 13th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period September 25th and 29th, 2023, acquired on the EXM 10,250 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,202,150 treasury shares, equal to 7.78% of the share capital and 6.13% on the voting rights.
